The Role: As a Senior Brand Manager, you will own a portfolio and work closely with various team members and cross-functional project teams. Your main responsibilities will include: - Driving the annual marketing planning process for portfolio and pipeline. - Leading segment-specific strategies to drive portfolio growth. - Leading New Product Development... and renewal projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external design agencies. - Planning communication and activation activities for your segments, tracking budget and ensuring maximum impact. - Working with external agencies to execute marketing activities on time and capturing learnings for future use. - Collaboration with the Digital team. - Executing packaging projects and regularly reviewing the range for improvements with the packaging design team. - Understanding the P&L; for your portfolio and making recommendations for profitable growth. - Participating in business rhythm meetings. - Managing marketing inputs into the portfolio and channel planning process. - Representing marketing in the retail review process to ensure alignment on NPD and in-store plans. - Monitoring in-market performance, competitor activity, and trends, making relevant recommendations for your portfolio. - About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: - A strong understanding of FMCG marketing, with at least 8+ years of relevant experience. - The ability to distill complex information and form cohesive marketing strategies. - Experience leading cross-functional teams with ease. - Strong influencing skills to advocate for ideas and drive them through the business. - Excellent organisational skills and project management experience. - An energetic and flexible approach, thriving in a fast-paced working environment. - A good understanding of finance and budgeting principles. - Relevant degree qualifications and industry experience.
