We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologist.

If you are a Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys working with children, desires access to flexible schedules, and is seeking a contract position that offers a competitive rate of $70-$85 per hour, with the option to convert to full-time with benefits in the future, Kids Can Therapy is the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to individuals with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Self starter with excellent organizational and time management skills

Note: Minumum 3 years of experience working with pediatric populations is required, private practice experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
