This role is part of the Finance Chief Operating Office (COO) under the Global Quality Assurance program, Quality Assurance (QA) is a key function that validates the accuracy of reported transactions, including data attribute values reported or that are used to support the reporting of underlying transactions, as well as a transaction's overall conformance to the reporting requirements.
Finance Quality Assurance program is a global initiative across four different locations (New York, Tampa, Costa Rica, and Manila). This role will report into the Global Quality Assurance Business Process & Technology Enablement Head.

The lead will be responsible for executing and coordinating the automation, transformation, and a strong process improvement framework on tooling strategy under the Quality Assurance program, collaborate with senior stakeholders on direction and strategy, and clearly articulate themes, issues, and resolutions to senior management.

In addition, this leader will interface... with Quality Assurance Shared Services functions such Reporting and Metrics, Risk & Control and Operations to ensure implementation of strategy tooling are aligned and standardized across the global program.

Key Responsibilities.
• 2023 Quality Assurance Technology BOW (Workflow tool, Tableau implementation, KNIME migration, Self-Service model, etc.)
• Onboarding Quality Assurance Testing functions (E2E process understanding, BRD, prioritized modules, UAT testing, PROD migration and communication)
• Support the process improvement activities according to Finance Quality Assurance needs.
• Define, design, implement, maintain, execute and document process improvement activities and project.
• Support project management activities related to the Consent Order Tooling deliverables under Quality Assurance Program.
• Coordinate Senior Management presentation and drive change.
• Identify opportunities and lessons learned to be included as part of 2023+ implementation.
• Technology Budget preparation and agreement with Stakeholders on priorities
• Conduct and lead process deep dive reviews that will ensure efficiency and acceleration for Quality Assurance multiyear plan.
• Monitoring and securing the timely execution of all the projects by keeping close track of the timelines, business critical milestones delivery and proper planning and prioritization when required, as well as leading and monitoring weekly technology updates.
• Serve as liaison by interfacing with Finance Quality Assurance process leads and other stakeholders for operational execution and interaction/engagement resulting from proposed changes to the tooling/technology.

• Working knowledge of large implementation and proven records on transformational process
• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, HRSS Implementations, Risk & Control experience, preferably at large financial institution
• Excellent understanding and appreciation of internal control environment, reporting, and metrics is required.
• Solid analytical skills, combined with an ability to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner.
• Experience in working in operations unit requiring coordination across multiple regions and business segments.
• Understanding of current Quality Assurance Target Operating Model, principles, and policies a plus
• Citi Lean and Lean Process Improvement experience would be an advantage.
• Project Management knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Quality Assurance Testing functions tooling implementation experience is a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel as well as PowerPoint to develop reports/presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
• Must have solid communication skills (oral and written) to clearly articulate findings, defend point of view amongst various groups, and present to senior management.
• Must be assertive and have strong follow up skills.
• Proven selfmotivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly, and ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
• Must be a proactive and goaloriented strategic thinker, with ability to identify creative solutions.
• Ability to multitask, demonstrating independent leadership skills.
• Possess strong team building, planning and project management skills driven by process improvement.
• Ability to document and transfer knowledge to team member, process leads and key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance and other fields. Master's degree a plus.
