About the job

We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Engineer who will be responsible to develop business with existing and new customers covering our portfolio of high-speed separation equipment.
The person will execute the agreed sales strategies to deliver the annual sales budgets.

This role needs to create sustainable growth through creation and maintenance of long-term customer relationship by delivering value on time, each time.
• Be proactive in the market and focus on securing visits, meetings, and interactions with customers. Focusing on customer needs, understanding, and highlighting the value of our products and solutions
• Looking for and managing leads and opportunities from the market and customers. Converting them into real business opportunities, ensuring the business pipeline.
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and solutions. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
What you know?
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of prior work experience as sales in any related industry (palm oil mills & refineries, prepared food & beverages, oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, general manufacturing)
• Good communication skills, professionalism and organized with attention to details.
• Proficiency in English
• Position is Medan Based. Additional proficiency of local dialects will be advantageous.
