Role Overview: Our client is looking for a highly driven Associate with experience in M&A and a strong focus on TMT to join their team. As an Associate, you will be crucial in supporting senior team members in M&A deal execution, market research, financial analysis, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support M&A transactions by conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Perform market research and industry analysis, particularly in the TMT sectors.
• Create detailed presentations and reports for clients, emphasizing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
