YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demand Planning and Delivery: Manage the demand and prioritization for NAB Vietnam resources; collaborate with the stakeholders and the talent acquisition to ensure timely supply.
• Stakeholder Management & Relationship: Engage and consult NAB service owners across CIOs, business partners and hiring managers on the new demand in term of cost savings, timeline, and a sustainable delivery team structure; Establish and maintain relationships and agreed working protocols with CIO/CTO technology areas, supporting areas (in VN & AU) and recruiters to deliver Client relationship management and business development
• Governance: Workforce planning; internal and external reporting to stakeholders; ad-hoc reports and insights to CIOs/Execs/HO as requested; meet business outcomes of NAB Vietnam from revenue, cost and headcount projections.
• Continuous Improvements: Using continuous improvement practices lead initiatives with support teams to improve all functions in... the VTC covering recruitment, retention or company operations.

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in workforce planning, project management, resource planning/ management
• Proficient stakeholder management
• Good at strategic planning and communication
• Autonomous decision making
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge im high-tech software industry
• Strong people and process skills such as Agile/ Scrum
• Business unit stakeholder engagement and good stakeholder management and engagement to Executive and Head Of Technology level.
• Strong experience with Excel, confluence, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge in IT recruitment industry (optional)
