Project Management Analysts (PMA) play a crucial role in the smooth delivery of clinical trials, collaborating with clinical teams to expedite the introduction of new medicines, ultimately improving patients' lives. The PMA works hand in hand with the Project Leader (PL)/Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to provide assistance in project management tasks aimed at reducing risks, controlling costs, managing project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction for the assigned project/s.

Essential Functions:
• Establish and maintain performance dashboards, analyze event triggers/alerts, and determine appropriate follow-up actions for the Project Leader (PL) or other relevant functions.
• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely updates of key milestones, and collaborate with the PL during related meetings.
• Manage and support the risk and issue management process.
• Handle all aspects of Project Finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoicing, and... reconciliation.
• Provide PL with timely and accurate data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality to enhance decision-making processes.
• Assess and manage project resource allocation within the project budget for the assigned portfolio/projects.
• Prepare necessary documentation, such as meeting minutes, for the project team and clients.
• Create project status reports and presentation materials for internal team and client meetings.
• Organize and oversee core file reviews and support audits as necessary. Emphasize e Trial Master File (eTMF) filing compliance by focusing on completeness, timeliness, and quality.
• Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems accordingly to ensure accurate and timely reporting available to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (Life sciences or related field).
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or relevant Project Management background, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent soft skills covering communication, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, results-oriented mindset, collaboration, and effective interaction.
