Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Catering Coordinator to support our Sales and Catering Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Client Interaction:
• Cover phones and monitor the Sales Inbox, collecting information for incoming inquiries.
• Qualify leads, prepare proposals, and generate... reports as needed.
• Quote and negotiate pricing within established parameters.
• Handle large requests, handing them over to the Sales and Catering Manager when necessary.
• Greet guests and clients on behalf of the Sales and Catering Manager.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist with responding to queries for upcoming bookings.
• Create resumes for incoming groups and distribute them to the team.
• Work with Banquets to book and execute meetings and events.
• Supervise Banquet events where needed
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain sales assets such as FAQs, brochures, and signage.
• Collaborate closely with the front desk, reservations, catering, and other departments.
• Prepare and maintain group files and the filing system.
• Participate in various projects or events as needed.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Sales and Catering Manager.

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop/Publisher.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Eagerness to be part of a team with opportunities for development and growth.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel/restaurant experience required.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and stooping.
