The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic hands-on Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Teva... In this individual contributor role, you will develop and execute digital business strategies to achieve our long-term goal of automated, targeted, and integrated multi-channel customer journeys for all Teva products

How you’ll spend your day
• Strategic Planning: Develop and ensure the strategic Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) plan aligns with brand objectives.
• Consent Capture: Lead initiatives to capture consents and build a proprietary database of Healthcare Professional (HCP) emails and consents.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to create meaningful customer engagement journeys, adding value to HCPs and demonstrating Teva’s leadership.
• Promotional Activities: Partner with agencies to design and execute high-quality promotional multi-channel touchpoints (e.g., eDetail-aids, electronic event management).
• Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of Teva websites.
• Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and dashboards to track performance and implement Close Loop Marketing (CLM).
• Change Management: Lead change management activities to engage all commercial and support teams around the digital strategy.
• Budget Management: Define and manage the annual budget for digital activities, integrating all initiatives into a cohesive customer engagement strategy.
• Digital P&L: Grow and measure Teva’s share of online business, managing it as a ‘digital P&L’ within the overall P&L.
• Ecommerce Optimization: Improve the online ordering experience and effectiveness through ecommerce enhancements.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and advanced analytics to drive pricing decisions (Trading Portal) and enhance customer experience (Product Recommender).
• User Experience: Provide expertise in user experience to influence customer engagement and buying behavior across channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders (commercial, portfolio, IT, legal, medical) to input into annual plans and report progress to leadership.
• Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage a network of influencers (KOLs, patient advocacy groups, professional medical associations) to support Teva activities.
• Joint Initiatives: Ensure the design and execution of joint working/partnership initiatives meet the needs of decision-makers, including clinicians, budget-holders, third-party payers, and national bodies.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events and marketing materials

Your experience and qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital tools, multi-channel marketing, and the evolving commercial landscape.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Veeva, SalesForce.com, and Marketing Cloud.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the marketing/sales function within the pharma or medical industry (preferred).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Presentation: Strong presentation skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen, decision quality, and functional/technical skills.
• Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to drive results, manage processes, and plan effectively.
