Job Description Represents the company to the channel partner, end customer and the channel partner customer to the company in sales-oriented activities. Responsible for managing either a list of channel partners and/or a partner in a given geography. Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies. Responsible for indirect quota, quota assigned to corresponding channel. Work with partner teams closely for identifying new opportunities, new customers, increasing reach and coverage, increase account penetration to grow business. Proactively acts to understand channel partner needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities. Work closely with Channel Partner teams, develop and maintain close relationship and interaction to have overall understanding and control over the business. Ensure regular customer visits with Partner teams to understand / address customer requirements and guide Partner teams... periodically to ensure correct positioning of our product and improve their Sales skills. Develop required technical knowledge to understand customer applications, propose the right solutions with proper Value proposition and guide the partner teams accordingly to enhance their technical and selling skills and enable them to scale up as a Consultant / Solution provider to customer. Develop and maintain good relationship with Partner to be able to influence the required activities for business growth. Conduct periodic business reviews with Partner teams, help them plan their weekly activities and provide constructive feedback. Ensure proper funnel management and accurate forecasting by Partner teams on a regular basis. Work closely with Marketing and Partner teams for proper planning and execution of Marketing programs / Co-op activities for demand/leads generation, new customer acquisitions, etc. Work closely with cross functional teams like Marketing, Accounts, CRM , as required. Ensure timely report submissions by partners as relevant and required. Reporting To - CSM (Channel Sales Manager). Candidate Profile required Education – Undergraduate , Bachelors or Masters Degree. Years of Experience Minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience in Agency Sales - Insurance / Vacation ownership / Real estate for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently with self-motivation. Compensation Salary: As per industry standards + incentives.
