Descrição do trabalho:

Como Analista de Estratégia de Mídia, você desempenhará um papel crucial no apoio aos líderes de estratégia de mídia com pesquisa e planejamento tático de mídia. Suas responsabilidades incluirão a execução de insights sobre o público, a criação de modelos de apresentação, a organização de resultados de campanha e a exploração de relacionamentos com parceiros para mídia digital e offline. A atenção aos detalhes e à organização será a chave para o sucesso nesta função, pois você organizará propostas de mídia, garantirá resultados oportunos e precisos do cliente, coletará e... analisará dados e identificará tendências e insights para obter o máximo impacto por meio de estratégias holísticas de mídia. Você desempenhará um papel fundamental na comunicação de recomendações de mídia multifuncionais e na organização de detalhes a serem usados ​​como um recurso colaborativo durante o planejamento da campanha. Além disso, você trabalhará em estreita colaboração para aprimorar a colaboração entre equipes estratégicas, digitais e off-line para desenvolver planos de mídia abrangentes e alinhados com os briefings do cliente.

Responsabilidades:
• Garanta o lançamento e execução precisos e oportunos da campanha.
• Apoiar relacionamentos com fornecedores e parceiros e criar novos relacionamentos
• Execute pesquisas e insights de público usando ferramentas de planejamento de mídia
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias de mídia garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos do cliente.
• Acompanhe o desempenho da campanha e recomende otimizações conforme necessário para melhorar os resultados.
• Colabore em planos e execuções táticas de mídia com leads digitais e off-line
• Estime o desempenho da campanha e os valores de KPI do projeto para antecipar o impacto na mídia
• Organize dados para relatórios, organização de insights e comunicação com o cliente
• Incentive um ambiente de transparência e colaboração entre equipes e especialidades

Qualificações:
• 1-2 anos de experiência em mídia
• Familiaridade com o mercado local brasileiro e considerações regionais
• Familiaridade multifuncional com vários tipos de mídia (digital e offline)
• Experiência com ferramentas de planejamento de mídia como (Comspoint, Kantar, GWI, TGI etc.)
• Alta atenção aos detalhes
• Fortes habilidades de organização e gerenciamento de projetos
• Capacidade de pensar criativamente e fazer conexões estratégicas com mídia

Job Description:

As a Media Analyst, Strategy, you will play a crucial role in supporting media strategy leads with tactical media research & planning. Your responsibilities will include executing audience insights, creating presentation templates, organizing campaign deliverables, and exploring partner relationships for both digital and offline media. Attention to detail and organization will be key to success in this role as you will organize media proposals, ensure timely & accurate client deliverables, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact through holistic media strategies. You will play a key part in communicating cross-functional media recommendations and organizing details to be used as a collaborative resource throughout campaign planning. Additionally, you will work closely to enhance collaboration across strategy, digital, and offline teams to develop media plans that are comprehensive & in alignment with the client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution.
• Support vendor & partner relationships, and source new relationships
• Execute audience research & insights using media planning tools
• Support development of media strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations as necessary to enhance results.
• Collaborate on tactical media plans & executions with digital & offline leads
• Estimate campaign performance & project KPI values to anticipate media impact
• Organize data for reporting, insights organization, and client communication
• Encourage an environment of transparency & collaboration across teams & specialities

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in media
• Familiarity of local Brazilian market and regional considerations
• Cross functional exposure to various media types (digital & offline)
• Experience with media planning tools such as (Comspoint, Kantar, GWI, TGI etc.)
• High attention to detail
• Strong project management & organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively & make strategic media connections
