- A minimum of 3 years of human resources general experience, performance management and employee relations.

- Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of HR process, Cambodia labor law, policy and implementation.

- Sound understanding of business acumen.

- English and Khmer Language Proficiency

- Fully conversant with Microsoft suite of products and fully computer literate.

- Support on all recruitment activities of the assigned campuses.

- Support some functions in the part of compensation and benefits as required from Central Office.

- Collecting data and generate into analytical report and propose recommendation and solutions based on the report.

- Assist in overviewing the organizational structure of each business unit and department as well as to clarify on the manpower planning to Head of department if needed.

- Deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.

- Reinforce on implementation on HR... Policies and Procedures for the entire company.

- Overview on the human resources risks and inform to higher management for pro-active action.

- Conduct quarterly audit to the assigned campuses.

- Assist HR Business Partner Manager to work with business operators to ensure the company’s workforce of the assigned campuses has the right size, shape, HR cost and agility for the future.

- Resolve daily HR issues with line managers and department heads at the assigned campuses.

- Coordinate in KPI Setting for staff and performance evaluation process located at the assigned campuses.

- Provide guidance to related departments and employees on HR processes and HR policies located at the assigned campuses.

- Assist in staff disciplinary actions located at the assigned campuses.

- Work with Department Head and compensation and benefit team to retain talents in the Company through initiation rewarding and recognition programs.

- Coordinate in employee relations programs such as team building activities, staff parties, and other social activities to increase the favorable working culture in the Company.

- Work with management and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.

- Work on talent development by identify employees’ training needs and work closely with training and CSR department to implement Training Programs as needed.

- Work closely with other HR Teams to manage all aspects of HR Service to support assigned business division.

- Generate monthly reports for President, Head Principal and Campus Director and HR at the Central Office as required.

- Coordinate and implement succession planning policy located at the assigned campuses.

- Conduct employee engagement survey and general report and to discuss with higher management for HR re-strategy.

- Deal with labor inspector and Immigration Officer if required.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager
