BrandCode, is our recently established business under Boyner Group. Our company is tasked with organizing all distribution, licensing & franchising operations for fashion, lifestyle & luxury brands within Turkey and international markets.

Location: İstanbul, open to travel 25% of working time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team at BrandCode. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for leading all market entry marketing strategy planning, 360 degrees marketing activities, budget and ROI management, and brand building processes for the brands under our distribution or licensed business portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with BrandCode Business Unit, reseller companies, and other stakeholders to develop and execute annual marketing plans that drive brand awareness and sales growth in Turkey, Europe... and Middle East markets mainly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans for brands within the distribution portfolio, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
• Drive brand positioning and differentiation through targeted marketing campaigns, messaging, and promotional activities as well as market entry and building activity planning.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively with ROI mindset.
• Cooloborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize marketing strategies and tactics continuously.
• Cultivate strong relationships with reseller companies and other external partners to drive collaborative marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate marketing plans, performance metrics, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (+7 years) in international marketing roles, preferably in brand management or marketing management or consultancy company environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in agency and vendor management
