Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Email Copywriter. As a Cold Email Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive cold email messages to generate leads and initiate sales conversations. Your day-to-day tasks will... involve writing and proofreading cold email copy, conducting research to understand the target audience, and collaborating with the team to optimize messaging strategies. Your goal will be to engage potential customers and generate high-quality leads through effective communication.

Your Role
• Draft and oversee the quality of the email content to ensure that client's brand identity is adhered to
• Monitor campaign software regularly and flag any disruptions to account managers
• Ensure content created is accurate and error-free
• Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in writing persuasive marketing copy
• Proficiency in proofreading and editing
• Knowledge of effective email communication strategies
• Ability to conduct research and analyze target audience
• Familiarity with marketing principles and tactics
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving abilities

1 Month
• Complete your new hire onboarding.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all technology and tools used at Prospectiv.

3 Months
• Start managing your assigned clients end-to-end
• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge
• Proactively communicate ideas and, if relevant, work with your team lead or manager to plan and execute initiatives to improve lead management and conversion strategies

6 Months
• Take on more responsibilities in leading initiatives and improving processes within your team
• Continue to refine your skills in lead management, nurturing, and strategic communication
