About the Role

You will join the UK’s leading supplier of growing media and fertilisers into the consumer and professional horticultural market. This role will see you build strong relationships with current customers, whilst developing a new customer base. The successful candidate will deliver impressive results with our products, maximising the potential of our technical, operational and sales support, guaranteeing commercial success for our customers.

The successful Area Sales Manager will support all interactions with growers; providing technical advise on growing media and nutrition, as we transition towards peat free. You... will ensure that the experience, advice, service, and support offered by the team is at the heart of everything you do; you will add technical and commercial value to our product portfolio.

About you.

Drive, ambitious, vision and technical capability are what we are looking for from you. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a plant technical or horticultural sales environment and ideally have relevant direct account management experience with professional growers or distributors.

You must clearly demonstrate a successful track record in working within the horticultural sector. You must have the commercial capability and desire to drive the performance of this professional business. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values, and possess strong leadership and teamworking skills and drive and the desire to develop your career.
