Develops and implements initiatives to mitigate psychosocial stressors and risks and optimize airmen performance.
Provides psychological consultation, education, and training to military commanders/senior leaders, other mental health professionals, and medical staff.
Conducts psychodiagnostics assessments and provides evidence-based psychotherapy.
