Duties and responsibilities
• Represents company’s products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding of products. Key role would be similar to a Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Medical Device Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager in a Healthcare / Medical Industry ; Hospital & clinic (dental) settings.
• Medical Devices or Dental Devices/Equipment sales experience would be an added advantage
• Ability to adapt to fast moving medical devices and equipment industry. Quick to establish association with existing customers and stake holders, able to grow the... business with new customers.
• Engaged in business development by identifying opportunities and drive the sales of product portfolio to health care providers embracing a solution-selling proposition
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Learn and adapt to forecast & commit sales numbers
• Generate sales leads and build strong relationships with existing users. Able to plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new sales channels
• Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Able to work independently.

Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices/instruments, products or services.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good command of English; both written and spoken
• Ability to travel interstate
• Independent in handling key accounts with minimum supervision
• Previous experience with Dental / Cardiology / Radiology / Vascular Surgery products an added advantage. Existing Network of Key Users are an advantage
• For Territory Manager position, years of relevant experience in pharma/ medical devices between 3-4 years; self-starter as the role is relatively autonomous as majority of the work will be working alone covering your assigned territory.
