Team Lead, Account Development

Wrocław - onsite

In this role, you will:
• Lead the team of up to 15 Business Development Representatives
• Take care of KPI fulfillment and targets accoplishment
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Run annual reviews & career progression exposure of your team members
• Manage deals and pipelines
• Provide top management level reporting
• Perform quality checks of your direct reports’ work
• Be a mentor for the members of your team and guide them if needed


We are looking for someone who has:
• At least 3 years’ experience in leadership, including... people management, as well as performance monitoring and reporting KPI
• Previous experience working in Sales, preferably Account Development
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Go-getter attitude
• Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally
• Fluent English
• Some ERP experience will be a strong plus
• Another European language (Dutch/ German /French) will be an asset
