What you’ll do

As the account executive – Italy, initially reporting to the Business development director, with a dotted line to our senior account manager, you’ll work across a diverse range of areas including sales support, partnerships, client management, content and marketing.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage client relationships
• Oversee the integration process from the beginning to the end
• Coordinate with new operators and internal teams during the integration process
• Coordinate with partners and legal team for the creation of new contracts based on specific needs
• Attend meetings, correspond via email, manage affiliate panels from bookies, including checking stats, exploring new offers, creating track-links for new marketing source
• Make sure, via regular checks, that the tracking links are correctly performing and report issues
• Coordinate with the payment department and clients for monthly payments
• Work with external partners, to support advertising initiatives

Data & Analyst
• Generate reports and presentations for operators and internal teams in order to improve our performance
• Ensure accurate performance reporting of bookies and tracking
• Devise new strategies to improve conversion, including tailored promotions and new offers
• Analyze stats and strategize improvements for weak partners
• Innovate ways to enhance deals with partners, such as securing top positions and exploring new packages

• Support commercial deals, with follow up to clients till the close of the deal
• Support Legal follow ups in contract drafting

Your Skillset:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint)
• Experience in developing and enhancing processes and procedures related to facilities management
• Highly motivated and energetic with excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to remain focused while multi-tasking, with a hardworking, professional attitude
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
• A great work ethic and the ability to work independently and to a high standard under pressure
• Knowledge & experience in working with AV systems and meeting room configurations (e.g. Clickshare)
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities
• Experience with Workday is desired but not essential
