Are you a highly professional, experienced, and ambitious Training Manager ?

Well look no further as Adler and Allan are looking for a brand new Training Manager to join a rapidly growing Environmental Division team.

Get ready to champion the design and management of the core annual training programme; alignment of the Divisional training programme; identifying training needs through engagement with key service delivery stakeholders; developing training programmes in accordance with the Division's needs: implementing training programmes in a timely and cost effective manner ;evaluating training performance to ensure ongoing business needs are met ; Collation of performance data (incl. cost) and Data analysis and development of associated MI to enable assessment of training performance.
