Job overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you should be a highly self-motivated individual with experience in communicating with customers over the phone and email. Additionally, you should have the ability to deliver a high standard of service to customers at all times. Your responsibilities will include keeping customers engaged from the start of the onboarding process through to trading. You should be able to clearly communicate how our platform operates and the advantages of trading with us.

Key responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to educate, assist and cross sell our range of services.
• Deliver KPIs around call numbers, talk time and conversions.
• Monitor market trends and be confident about discussing the global financial markets.
• Meet monthly targets.
• Build outstanding relationships with our customers.
• Be able to understand the legalities that surround being an FCA regulated trading broker.
• Maintain and use our systems to a high standard: Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel/Sharepoint/Outlook).
• Be able to diversify between lead sources.
• Work closely with other departments to grow the brand.
• Be able to work well independently, as well as support the team to drive better results.
• Work with the company’s compliance team to ensure that communications with customers are compliant, and that your activities do not inadvertently put the company at risk.

• 1+ year experience in the retail derivatives industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience of regular targets being met.
• In depth understanding of spread betting and CFD’s.
• Committed to delivering the highest possible service to clients.
• Positive, energetic, self-motivated, KPI driven, and able to manage your own workload.
• Experience with CRM use
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a service mindset to support our clients in the demanding, real time environment of online trading.
• Willingness to assist, support, and learn from others within the team
• Well organised with good time management skills, able to take proactive action when necessary
