We are a well established dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated team. We work with people who are experiencing a variety of Mental health issues, promoting recovery, reducing risks and assisting on positive well-being and functioning as well as long-term clinical outcomes.

Changes to the team have allowed us to create new ways of working and expand our team to offer a greater level of support.

We cover Chester and the surrounding areas and are looking for qualified professionals: Nurses / Occupational therapists / Social workers, who want to become part of a supportive, forward thinking Adult Mental Health team.

This post is part time 7.5 hours per week.

This is a great time to be joining the team, you would be a key and vital front line member of staff working with the duty system, dealing with a variety of tasks and duties on a daily basis.

The successful candidates will be able to deal with multiple issues for patients, being able to facilitate quick and effective resolution of current issues that patient's face.

Using 'collaborative recovery and goals' you would address individuals current care needs. Assessing risk factors and promoting positive interventions that improve Well-being / outcomes for the individual and their families.

We offer a thorough induction period, which includes shadowing established team members and working through tasks and duties. Regular supervision is compulsory, as is robust personal development objectives. The appointed applicants should be willing to engage in continuing professional development opportunities.

Excellent communication, report writing and assessment skills are essential for this post. Applicants should have sound working knowledge of mental health disorders and the Mental Health Act.

Access to transport for work purposes is essential.
