Your Key Responsibilities:
• Be the Bridge: Collaborate with our international teams in Manila, Philippines and Sydney, Australia. Your role transcends borders and cultures!
• Sync with the Buying, Fashion, Beauty and Sports Experts: Work closely with THE ICONIC's Sydney based Buying and Design teams to get the inside scoop on upcoming trends and collaborate on tasks and priorities.
• Guardian of Precision: Audit all information received from vendors and buyers, to meet our high standards. Process... with accuracy, THE ICONIC’s products and orders, to ensure all products are showcased to our customers, with the highest standards.
• Master of Efficiency: Swiftly and accurately process buying administration tasks, including product and order raising, reporting on incoming orders, communicating with factories and brands.
• Flexibility is Your Superpower: Adapt as the role evolves, show initiative and the ability to meet the changing needs of the Buying team.
• Solving Problems with Ease: Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues at ZALORA and THE ICONIC, fostering a culture of unity and excellence.

What We're Looking For:
• Wordsmith Wizard: You wield strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Detail Dynamo: You have impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Initiative Taker: You're proactive and thrive in a hands-on role. Extra points for those who consider themselves ‘private detectives’ and natural puzzle solvers!
• Master of Prioritisation: You excel at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• People Person: You build rapport effortlessly and can collaborate with our Sydney team in a breeze.
• Excel Confident: You're no stranger to Excel; and your numerical data skills are on point.
• Online Retail Savvy: While not mandatory, an understanding of online retail and inventory management is a plus.
• Learning Enthusiasm: Whether you're a recent graduate, a young professional, or a seasoned pro seeking a new direction – it doesn't matter. What matters to us is your passion and eagerness to embrace learning. Your positive attitude is what we value most!
• Location Flexibility: You're ready to work in the greater Metro Manila area one day a week, specifically around the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX)
