The Web Analyst Manager will work within the Marketing department being responsible for marketing insights, reporting and ad ops. Reporting to the Head of Paid Acquisition you will be a part of our Central Marketing Team. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with both data visualisation tools such as Power BI, and Google marketing products (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Google Campaign Manager, Google Marketing Platform). In addition to this, the role encompasses ad operations duties, where you will be responsible for the management of and implementation of tracking and reporting for our digital marketing channels across our brands

The Web Analyst Manager will work closely with the marketing team to ensure optimal coordination and tracking of all marketing channel efforts.

S/he will also need to work closely with existing external marketing agencies and assist the Head of Paid Acquisition in managing and tracking the traffic ensuring consistency and... quality.

Work closely with the company’s BI department and support in gathering traffic data and building ad hoc marketing performance reports for the different brands.

It’s important you are already based in one of our office locations: St Julians (Malta), London (UK), Sofia (Bulgaria).

• Responsible for setting up and management of the event tagging and reporting metrics for multiple websites, using tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Firebase for our mobile apps.
• Management of and implementation of VL's entire measurement and tracking set up.
• Drive and deliver actionable insights to optimise the website and improve customer journeys and flows.
• Responsible for ad operations across the VL Group. This includes creating tags from banners and landing pages in Campaign Manager and sharing with internal brand teams and external agency partners.
• Full management and ownership of Google Campaign Manager and related Floodlight pixel tracking.
• Working with the Head of Paid Acquisition, you will be responsible for sharing campaign reporting across our digital marketing channels (including programmatic, display, native, organic social, paid social and Google Ads) and the sharing of associated insights with our internal brand teams
• Work with internal and external agency partners in order to ensure tracking and measurement capabilities are implemented correctly and optimised.
• Work with the wider marketing team to analyse marketing campaigns and site traffic, to maximise return on investment.
• Provide support for ad hoc web analytics data and analysis.
• Working with our data team, Implementation of dashboards in Power Bi or other platforms to monitor and analyse the traffic/users actions in website and future mobile apps with specific metrics/events such as registrations/FTDs/CPA,etc. ( SEO tracking, multi-touch , payment/registration funnels).
• Work with the development team for the implementation of specific tracking/tagging needs (data layers,server-2-server tracking). Also support in debugging and testing.
• Integrate specific tracking for future iOS and Android apps in order to collect & analyse user data.
• Be the main point of contact for all digital marketing reporting and measurement, including mobile apps via Firebase and Data.ai.

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
