Role Description

This is a contract for a Sous Chef that is willing to work remotely as the locations will be moving daily. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, managing dietary requirements, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the management team to develop and refine menus, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and principles
• Proficient in food preparation and presentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Food safety and sanitation certification
• Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions
• Flexibility... to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Formal culinary education is a plus
• Drivers license is a must
