Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketer specializing in Influencer Outreach and Marketing to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification and Outreach:
• Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other key figures in the industry who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers through consistent and personalized communication.
• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and agreements.

Campaign Development and Management:
• Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand... awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate and manage influencer content creation, ensuring it aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with influencers to generate authentic and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and video channels.
• Create and manage a content calendar that includes influencer collaborations and key campaign dates.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Management:
• Oversee the company’s social media accounts, curating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and leveraging influencer partnerships.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and overall social media strategy.

Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and materials for influencer campaigns.

Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new influencer marketing strategies.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in influencer outreach and marketing efforts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-7 tears of proven experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing. Demonstrable experience managing influencer partnerships and social media campaigns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and negotiate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of influencers.
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
• Creative thinker with experience in developing innovative influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.

Must be willing to work hours that overlap with US Central Time (GMT - 6).
