The Category / Trade Marketing Manager- Barcelona will be responsible for:Define and select product ranges for glassware, dinnerware, and table top accessories according to local markets needs and coordinate product lifecycle process, following global launch plan windows & supply chain.Analyzing the market landscape and competition & assortment definition and prioritization per market, channel and client.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Empower sales and customers with product information, marketing content, POS materials and promotions that help to drive sales.Product training for sales force and key customers in -house and externally.Creation of new products in the SAP system.Being present at trade fairs in Spain and Germany (Ambiente Show).Sampling of novelties to key customers, the sales force team and Barcelona... Showroom.Developing annual catalogues and pricelists according the HQ guidelines, improving corporate identity for products in key customer websites, catalogues.Implement global press releases to local key media communication platforms, e.g. magazines, linked in posts, social media (ISTG).


The Category / Trade Marketing Manager- Barcelona requires:Mandatory: fluent Spanish and English. German will be a plus, not a must.3 years working experience preferable in the FMGC industry or in the premium household / kitchenware sector.BSc or MSc degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant field.Strong analytical and detail-oriented profile.Coming from an Int. organization and used to work with central marketing will be a huge plus.Experience building presentations and delivering them.Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.Ability to work in a team, under tight schedules and time pressure.Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage databases.Ideally some experience with an ERP system or SAP for stock, pricing, or product creation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (collaboration HQ Germany and North American team).
