Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments. YOUR CHALLENGE Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces Execute and supervise the close of business Maintaining production and test environments Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs Automate tasks where ever possible. Resolves and closes incidents /service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelines Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis Escalates unresolved incidents/service... requests within agreed timescales Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures Complete daily and periodic checklists Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management YOUR PROFILE Experience/Knowledge/Skills Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting Knowledge of Transact (T24), Insight, Automic (UC4) Scheduling Hands on experience in MS SQL Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage Ability to write technical support documentation Good analytical and problem solving skills Good written and verbal skills in English.
