Key Responsibilities
• Design and build advanced features for web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our application.
• Maintain code quality, organisation, and company branding in the design.
• Implement and maintain accessible features following the WCAG guide.
• Accessible design considering Risk, Compliance, and Auditing.

Essential Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience with WCAG for Web.
• Risk, Compliance, and Audit management experience.
• HTML5/CSS3.
• Ruby on Rails.
• Javascript and TypeScript.
• React JS.
• PostgresSQL.
• Responsive Design
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of accessible tests
• Familiarity with test tools: AXE DevTools / Lighthouse
• Familiarity with screen readers: VoiceOver / NVDA / Talkback
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Skilled in debugging and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Qualification
• Degree in IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.

You must have the right to work in Australia with a valid VISA or be a citizen
