This person must work a minimum of 15 hours per week but can work as much as they'd like. This position is commission based only and is fully remote. You will earn commission each time one of your appointments closes on a home.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting for new clients and following up with leads
• Build rapport with sellers, listen, and overcome objections
• Manage leads and stay organized using our CRM
• Schedule appointments for agents

Required Qualifications:
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience with cold calling
• Previous experience as an Inside Sales agent is a plus
• You have a strong work ethic and a self driven desire to succeed
• You are self motivated
