As a Nutrition Sales Specialist, you take pride in being... the face of Baxter and showcasing our range of nutrition products. Your in-depth product knowledge and belief in the value and quality they offer to patients fuel your confidence. Customers rely on you, valuing your expertise and inquisitiveness in finding solutions that meet their requirements. You thrive on building relationships in person, earning trust from the medical professionals who utilize Baxter's solutions daily.

In this role, you will be responsible for the parenteral nutrition product line, engaging with Pharmacists, Dietitians, Clinicians, and Specialists. You find joy in observing the collaboration among these teams and how they unite to drive business success. By sharing your insights and feedback with your team and cross-functional partners, you contribute to validating priorities, fostering change, and ultimately propelling our mission of saving lives forward.

What your role entails:
• Achieving sales targets by directly selling the parenteral nutrition product portfolio, employing sales strategies to reach sales volume, product mix, and profit goals.
• Engaging with potential clients, mastering persuasive sales pitches, providing technical and administrative product details, demonstrations, and offering suitable pricing.
• Tracking sales performance against forecasts and assisting in evaluating the market potential within your territory.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, medical information, and consultant pharmacists to enhance the customer experience.
• Offering feedback to your immediate supervisor and marketing team for the refinement of marketing strategies, recommended product enhancements, and pricing adjustments.
• Promoting the Baxter Culture through fostering positive long-term relationships and engaging in related activities.

What you bring to the role:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or possess 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the hospital setting, catering to various clientele.
• Clinical background as a nurse, dietitian, or pharmacist working with parenteral nutrition patients is advantageous.
• Proven sales experience with IV therapy products and/or pharmacy operations is beneficial.
• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time, and residency within the designated Territory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with solid business acumen, negotiation abilities, and presentation proficiency
