About The Role

The CPFR Manager role is a unique and exciting opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact in the world of supply chain operations. As a CPFR Manager, youll be at the forefront of bridging the gap between commercial and supply chain plans. Youll work closely with major customer supply chain teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in driving the companys ambition for excellent customer service and product availability.

Main Responsibilities

You will cultivate robust customer service networks and foster powerful partnerships with our sales colleagues, all in pursuit of elevating service quality and supercharging forecast performance across our diverse account portfolio. You will also have the chance to immerse yourself in customer Head Offices whenever it adds value and is appropriate.

Unlock the potential of maximising on-shelf availability through precision in sales forecasting, aligning it seamlessly with customer demand needs throughout the year and months. Achieve this through dynamic collaboration with our supply and sales teams, both within our organisation and with our valued customers.

Be the catalyst for a flawless product journey to our customers by actively collaborating with various Ferrero supply chain and sales functions. Together, we ensure an unobstructed and efficient order-to-delivery process, creating a seamless experience for our customers.

Champion and lead impactful customer service projects, where your expertise and dedication shine. Your role is all about identifying and executing tailored projects that drive excellence in customer service, ensuring we go above and beyond to meet our customers needs.

At the core of the CPFR Manager role lies the art of relationship-building. Its not just a part of the job; its the heartbeat that drives our success. Building strong, enduring relationships is the foundation upon which we establish trust and alignment with our customers.

Who We Are Looking For

Youll seamlessly navigate internal and external relationships, fostering trust and enhancing performance through effective relationship management and your exceptional communication skills.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 18 months of hands-on experience in FMCG Customer Supply Chain managing large accounts and delivering improvements. Your background should include a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, sales processes, forecasting techniques, and category management. Your expertise will be the key to success in this role.

Your ability to influence and make an impact will be a defining trait in this role. Were seeking an individual who can demonstrate their strong influencing skills through effective peer-to-peer collaboration and adept senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Advanced PC literacy, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, is a must for this role. Your strong data analytical skills, backed by a track record of proven results, will be the driving force behind your exceptional performance. SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Were looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset. Your commitment to finding better ways of doing things and driving ongoing enhancements will be a valuable asset in this role.

Given the territory-based nature of this role, a valid driving license is an essential requirement.
