Platforms CoE (Center of Excellence) is a highly professional unit, with over 90 architects, engineers, consultants, and QC engineers. We aim at Salesforce practice, covering technical pre-sales, architecture planning and design, solution development and implementation, post-implementation support, solution accelerators, proofs of concept and demo development.

• A Salesforce Consultant with at least 4 years of working experience
• Experienced in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and integrations (2+ years)
• Certified as a Service Cloud Consultant
• Understanding the software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
• Used to implementing full-cycle projects
•... Competent in Agile software delivery methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as Jira
• Familiar with the entire Salesforce products family including Service Cloud, Omnichannel process, CTI, Chatbot, and Knowledge management
• Fluently communicating in English on regular meetings with clients, providing and suggesting solutions
• A certified Contact Center Accredited Professional (would be a plus)

• Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Demonstrate solutions functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Present solution options to the Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
• Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Develop implementation, estimates, and plans for development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
• Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
• Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
• Engage in training content development, and both administrator and end-user training delivery
