What Will You Do

In this role at chargEV, you will responsible for designing and enhancing the customer experience across all product touchpoints, integrating hardware, software, and digital interfaces to create seamless and engaging user interactions. This role emphasizes a deep understanding of technology-driven customer solutions and the strategic integration of customer feedback into product design.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Experience Design: Develop comprehensive solutions that enhance the customer journey through innovative use of technology, ensuring a seamless interaction with ChargEV products.
• Integration of Customer Feedback: Utilize data-driven insights from customer usage and feedback to inform product adjustments and roadmap developments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align product functionalities with customer expectations.
• Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership in customer experience strategy, guiding project teams toward delivering customer-centric solutions.

Skills & Experiences
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field such like Master of Business Administration with a focus on customer experience or technology management.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product development, with a proven track record in the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development, particularly in creating interfaces and functionalities that enhance user experience.
• Strong background in managing and integrating customer feedback into product development, with a focus on enhancing user engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Extensive knowledge in customer journey mapping, visualizing user story and implementing customer-centric solutions within technology products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to evolving market trends and customer needs.
• Advanced user of wireframing software/tool
• Ability to conduct user ethnographic research and hypothesis testing
• Strong command of English and presentation skills
• Experience with advanced analytics tools for measuring customer satisfaction and behavior.
• Background in designing user interfaces for electric vehicle technologies or similar high-tech products.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, with certifications in Scrum or related frameworks.
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools to enhance team productivity and communication.
