Job Description
• Provide continuous support to end-users during the SAP IS-Retail solution rollout; - Work closely with business users and process owners to... understand their reporting and analytics requirements
• Assist end-users in navigating and utilizing analytics tools effectively
• Collaborate with local teams to address and troubleshoot analytics-related challenges
• Conduct training sessions for end-users
• Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues
• Create documentation, user guides, and best practices to assist end-users
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to local teams
• Assist in change management efforts

Qualifications
• Previous experience with at least 1st level support in SAP Analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in support projects working with ticket solving and incidents
• Fluent in Polish
• Available for extensive travelling
• Open to a 6 month contract
