Synechron Technologies is seeking a dynamic Junior Support Analyst with a keen interest in the Calypso platform to join our team in Singapore. Suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, this role provides the opportunity to build expertise in the Back-Office domain, including settlements, confirmations, and reporting. The position will involve understanding the global scope of Calypso, assisting in investigations, performing analysis, and developing communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of the Calypso platform under senior supervision.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving issues related to settlements, confirmations, and Swift messaging.
• Engage in regulatory and accounting processes within the Calypso framework.
• Work collaboratively with the team to understand Calypso’s global functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
• Up to 3 years of experience in... financial services or IT support (Calypso knowledge is a plus).
• Basic understanding of Back-Office functions and financial product classes.
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn complex systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
