We are looking for a dynamic person to join our HR Recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter at SAPDS Technologies, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to the hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying individuals who can thrive in our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies for different roles.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews... with candidates, both in-person and through virtual channels.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Candidate Assessment:
• Administer pre-employment assessments, tests, or assignments as required for specific positions.
• Assist in coordinating additional assessments or interviews with relevant department heads.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
• Update and maintain the ATS with accurate candidate information, interview notes, and hiring status updates.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
• Employer Branding:
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential candidates.
• Onboarding and Orientation:
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary information and support during their transition.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure recruitment processes align with legal requirements and company policies.


Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Master s degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter for 1-3 years, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
