Job Summary

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best employees, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing Candidates:
• Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Job Posting and Advertising:
• Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate job... boards and company website.
• Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to promote job opportunities and attract candidates.
• Candidate Management:
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback and updates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
