Job Description: UK Senior Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India

Timing: 12:30 PM TO 09:30 PM (Monday Through Friday - UK Shift)

Job Description
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team, specializing in Non-IT and Warehouse sectors.
• As a UK Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
• Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for roles within the Non-IT and Warehouse industries, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to placement.

Responsibilities
• Utilize various sourcing methods (online sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and nurture... strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to create detailed job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on candidate status and recruitment progress.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed for selected candidates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive candidate experience and representing our values and culture.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Experience
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the Non-IT and Warehouse sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Must have experience with Global clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and exceeding client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred
