Professional Experience / required knowledge:

- +2 Years Experience with Manufacturing Engineering & Human Resources
• Knowledge of HRIS tools

Education and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Business Administrative career
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel
• Queretaro, Guanajuato, Estado de Mexico, San Luis Potosi & Irapuato

Skills / Abilities:
• Experience in the manufacturing environment
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
• Indepth knowledge of the employment legislation in Mexico
• Strong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organization
• Teamwork, proactive, with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)
• Working under pressure and time availability
• The ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to senior level management
