About the role

We are now seeking a qualified and dynamic Technical Key Account Manager in our Industrial/Aseptic Packaging Division to oversee and address our customers’ needs.

In this position you will be the main point of contact for the customer, responsible for providing accurate technical service before and after the point of sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main... Responsibilities

· Manage and Develop the Customer Portfolio

· Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.

· Provide technical support to customers before and after sales.

· Ensure regular presence in the assigned areas in order to keep customers constantly updated and to present the new technologies.

· Report on product performance.

· Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

· Identify and resolve any issues within the packaging environment.

· Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.

· Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.

· Support operations and quality to help resolve any commercial issue impacting customer account performance.

About You
• A blend of at least 3 years of technical business development/sales/account management or other facing experience is required
• Experience of working within packaging and in particular food packaging industry. Preferable knowledge of Aseptic Filling Machines for Liquid Paper Board (such as Tetrapak, SIG, Elopak filling machines)
• Fluent in English; Other foreign languages will be considered as a plus.
• Computer skills and general computer literacy are required. CRM experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills and the clear ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
• An excellent communicator and presenter with robust interpersonal and analytical skills, you’re a flexible teammate who enjoys working collaboratively within a matrix organization.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are required. Your ability to aim for results and meet targets complements your initiative and ability to work autonomously to prioritize, handle and respond to customer concerns, and complete the assigned task. Additionally, you handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.
