We are seeking a Trade Activation Manager for Greece, based in Athens, working remote with the ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Main responsibilities
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributor sales force, on trade outlets & wholesalers;
• Support Market Manager in sales, marketing and budget preparations, value chain verification, through relevant customer marketing and sales analysis inputs;
• Support Market Manager on operational marketing and activities with distributors;
• Deliver best in class execution and AVP (Availability, Visibility, Promotions... nationally, as well as drive sales in the market;
• Achieve budget and plans recommendations in respective channel and provide feedback on the market growth and potential;
• Keep field knowledge of all agreements, controlling and managing contracts;
• Drive expansion of distribution in the market;
• Perform regular and structured market visits in both contracted accounts and non-contracted to evaluate and improve execution and ensure portfolio fair share in distributor contracts;
• Develop E-retail route-to-market;
• Support new product launches;
• Market/Competitor research & analysis;
• Monitor activity implementation & results in order to optimize future activities;
• Monthly Sales and stock follow up.

Qualification, experience and skills require
• University degree / higher education;
• Not less than 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing/trade-marketing
• Experience in relevant industries, such as preferably W&S FMCG
• Advanced level of English (oral, written);
• Excellent communicative and presentation skills);
• Great analytical and negotiation skills;
• P&L understanding and budget management;
• Result oriented and problems solving capabilities;
• Management and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of a premium products market would be a plus;
• Proactive and Can-do attitude, team-working skills are vital; able to multi-task
