The Core Capability Requirements For This Role Are
• Manage the delivery of high quality planning and property services relevant to acquisition of... new and existing radio sites, including the development of appropriate service responses to meet the identified needs of clients.
• Consult with and provide expert planning and property advice to clients, management and key stakeholders, and oversee the management of lease / licence agreements and contracts.
• Prepare timely and well researched correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions to meet reporting requirements and to support decision making by clients and management.
• Undertake stakeholder engagement to build and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and review of operational policy and systems, identify and implement problem solving.
• Provide supportive and responsive mentoring and leadership to team members.

Role Requirements

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience
• Previous experience in acquisition of radio sites and establishment of leasing / licencing agreements would be highly regarded.
