The Role  

Situated in the city of Copenhagen, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth initiatives. As a Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our diverse international team, bringing together varied expertise to make a collective impact. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our software solutions targeting the offshore wind industry.

What You’ll Do  
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and... implement digital marketing strategies to promote LAUTEC’s SaaS solutions for offshore wind projects.
• SEO and Organic Growth: Lead and manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic and conversions.
• Google Advertising: Plan and execute Google advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Website Maintenance and Optimization: Oversee website maintenance efforts, ensuring our online presence is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• B2B Advertising: Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to effectively target and engage B2B audiences within the offshore wind industry.
• Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
• Digital Marketing: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Agency and Freelance Coordination: Manage the collaboration with agencies and freelancers.

What Skills are We Looking For  
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google advertising, website maintenance, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Essential Competencies for Success: Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Hotjar. Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving business objectives through digital marketing initiatives.
• Industry Insights: Experience working in or with the offshore wind and/or renewable energy companies is preferred.
• Languages: Being fluent in English is essential. Any additional language skills can be a bonus, especially if they are relevant to the regions where LAUTEC operates or aims to expand.
