What you’ll do:

• Design and create comprehensive recruitment reports, dashboards, and visualisation of the HR reports.

• Making data analysis and qualitative and quantitative reports for recruitment dynamic in the company and actual labour market.

• Consolidate recruitment data and other relevant data from various sources ensuring the quality of it and creating and maintaining reports.

• Analyse recruitment metrics and develop standardized reports for the needs of stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and to develop reporting needs.

• Implementation, testing and maintenance of an applicant tracking system (Success Factors Recruiting Module) and afterwards, adjusting if there is a need for it; all in alignment with the company's recruitment procedure.

• Prepare yearly costs planning for recruitment and employer branding and subsequent monitoring and tracking.

• Support the HR marketing in analysing relevant KPIs (Google ads analytics, followers... on social medias and success of campaigns).

• Support of the recruitment process.

What you’ll need:

• University Degree - preferably in Economics or HR Management

• Fluent English language skills

• Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must

• Power BI knowledge is considered as an advantage

• At least 3 years of professional experience in reporting and preferably 1 year in recruiting or other HR area

• High sense of responsibility and commitment

• High analytical and communication skills and enjoying working in a team
