Welcome to the Quality Systems team in GN Stepping into the Quality Systems team in the Corporate Quality department, you will join 7 skilled professionals in driving efficient Quality Assurance. Located at GN’s HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will report directly to Head of Quality Systems, Kim Glenert. As our Quality Assurance Project Manager, you will be supporting the quality driven projects in the GN Hearing organization. The Project Manager, Quality Assurance serves as the focal point for Quality Assurance projects within the company, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards throughout... project planning and execution. This role holds complete responsibility for delivering project scopes within established parameters, encompassing quality, compliance, resource management, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Corporate Quality Leadership Team to identify and prioritize projects aligned with business growth objectives. This job consists of following elements: Besides Quality Projects, an important part of this role will also involve focusing on specific areas within Corporate Quality, such as organizational processes, resource management, and will entail creating an overview and coordinating activities. For Quality Projects the focus will be: Manage end-to-end project execution ensuring timely completion. Develop and communicate operational plans outlining project objectives, resource requirements, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure specialized resources and support for project requirements. Conduct regular meetings and prepare status reports to communicate project progress and address any issues. Conduct appropriate planning to ensure all parties understand project objectives, roles and responsibilities. Manage scope changes and control documents to ensure alignment with project objectives. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively identify and address challenges, risks, and unforeseen issues, escalating as necessary. Leverage successful project outcomes to foster positive customer relationships and compliance. Knowledge and skills expected to create success in this position: Project management skills, including scope and timeline management. Proficiency in interpreting contract documents and quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in conflict resolution. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field. Experience: 3 years of project management experience, preferably in Quality Assurance within medical devices or manufacturing. Certifications: Certifications such as Internal Auditor according to ISO13485 or Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage. Based in Ballerup, Denmark, within the Corporate Quality area.
