To a reputable residential development company, specializes in selling luxury housing in Georgia , we are looking for Real Estate Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to proactively engage potential clients interested in the residential project.
• Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the unique benefits and features of the project.
• Educate potential clients about the advantages of investing in the residential project.
• Qualify leads by understanding their investment goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Work closely with the team to execute contracts, close deals, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitors.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
• Acquire new customers through strategic outreach and... relationship-building.
• Implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and market insights.
• Contribute valuable insights during team meetings to enhance overall sales strategies.

Requirements
• Skills fluent Georgian is a must, Russian or English as a second foreign language.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and investment processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in the premium and luxury segment with a real estate developer.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the local real estate market.
• Neat appearance reflecting the company's commitment to quality.

Conditions
• Full-time 5/2, from 9:00 till 18:00.
• Monthly Net salary of 3000-3500 GEL + %.
• Office in the center of Tblisi
