Summary:
Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Logistics & Care Service Senior Manager.

Mission
- Support financial (commercial) targets by proactively manage any issues related to stock, warehouse and logistics, and order processing
- Develop strategies for inventory managing logistics risk through identification, assessments, and prioritization of risks in logistics area and constraint planning
- Closely monitor the inventory level of all products of all categories across Japan network, work on reducing the stock and optimizing the use of stores backyard space aligned SC Distribution team
- Shorten Lead Time from order receiving to inventoried in shops and E-com consumers
- KPI management
- People Management including external service provider
- Involve Supply Chain Project
- Transform Care Service Management & Operations

Key Qualifications:
Experience / Knowledge / Skills
• At least 10 years working experience, including 2 years in people management a plus
• Successful experience at working across functional areas and levels of organization
• Excellent Excel skills and overall computer skills
• Native Japanese, business level English
• Experience in luxury fashion or leather goods is a plus
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Experienced to manage 3PL (several kinds of external service providers)
• Strong engagement and leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders across various functions
• Knowledge of WMS and POS

Responsibility:
This position reports to Supply Chain Director.

1. Logistics Team & Care Service Team Management (11 people) 
Forwarding Operation
• Import Operation (95%)
• Export Operation (5%)

Return Operation
• Return products (Both merchandizing and non- merchandizing) from shops and customers
• Storage and inventory control
• Reshipment to stores
• 3PL Management

E Commerce Operation
• 3PL warehouse management
• Inventory management
• Transportation from warehouse to customers

Family Sales Operation
• Plan, Execute and Manage Family Sales twice annually (Both Online and Off line)

Care Service Operation
• Manage repair operation
• Repair vendor management
• Coaching 5S to shops
• Transformation
• New Care System implementation
• Import/Export ops

2. Project Lead & Management (Support)
• Lead to several kinds of project related Logistics Opa & CS Ops 3PL and internal stake holders continuously for Retail and E-com
• Integrate 3PL for Non-Merchandized products with same as Retail
• Support special events
• Lead transformation and change management (Ex, Care Service operation, Reduce End to End Lead time etc)

3. 3PL Warehouse Ops & Inventory Management
• Monitor performance of 3PL warehouse, in terms of inventory accuracy, on-time delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, logistics quality inspection, documents & data accuracy
• Develop and Implement inventory strategies which cater for markets & Stores needs
• Develop Return & Shuffle Ops
• Implement & Manage Value Added Service in warehouse
• Monitor Slow moving/ aged stock, collaborate with leaders of
• Merchandise teams and Retail teams for returned and depletion plans
• Implement KPI Management
• Manage QBR with each service providers
• Recommend competitive inventory target for the JP market consistent with required distribution outcomes and Central supply chain strategy.
• Monthly Review of performance to identify gaps and pursue opportunities for improvement

4. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
• Monitor and handle outbound orders and shipments, facilitate communications between 3PL warehouse, each commercial team and shops on all warehousing matters to ensure timely shipments
• Manage Value Added Service in warehouse
• IT management and maintenance for POS and WMS with 3PL IT team and internal IT team

5. People Development
• Ability to grow and develop direct report(s), focusing on teaching them to work toward solution-oriented initiatives and advancement of supply chain
• Serve as strategic thinker, helping to project outward on ways to grow and simplify the complexities of the supply chain and logistics workflow
• Ability to challenge the status quo and to teach the same for direct report(s)
• Serve as a strong coach and partner to both direct reports and peers and ensure development plans of team members
• Improve people mind and support individual work with ownership & Passion

5. Reporting
• Establish and communicate KPIs for Supply Chain activities
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

6. Others
• Collaboration with the Commercial head and relevant Management team members, building effective relationships, developing right Logistics strategy from End-to-End perspective
• Collaborate effectively with Central Supply Chain team in France to drive implementation of Central supply chain strategy as well as ensuring that Japan market needs are understood and effectively supported.
• Work with Central Supply Chain teams to identify the opportunities to reduce end to end lead times, improving flexibility to adapt to demand changes.
• Build strong partnership and engagement with MD teams and Retail team including shops to capture right market trends and enhance their experience
• Ensure compliance for all team members with the requirements of Japan EHS.
