Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: Computer programming. Data processing and systems. Database management. Programming languages. Computerized testing system. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Initiative. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Proactive. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan... etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
