Job Description:

Klarna is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

- Develop, implement, and maintain client relations strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor client communications and feedback, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance... metrics and discuss opportunities for growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, expanding the scope of services provided.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation to track client interactions and progress.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management.

- Proven ability in strategic planning and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
